Which Nokia apps are NOT available for non-lumia devices?

I'm considering buying the BLU Win HD but I need to know that my apps will be available. I use HERE maps, Drive+ and sometimes Transit. I also use Lumia camera (I assume that won't be available...).

Are there any other apps that won't be available?

You'll have access to HERE maps and Drive+. Not too sure about Transit. But definitely a no go on Lumia Camera.

Call+SMS Filter is Nokia only

I have a call spammer that calls me weekly at least. I've tried telling them that they're calling my cell phone, tried asking them to take me off their list and begged them to not call back but they hang up before I can even finish the sentence. I just hang up immediately now but dearly wish I could d/l this app to my new HTC M8. Alas, not available for my phone.
