Which part of my Lumia should be replaced?

I am currently using a Lumia 800. Today after the phone fell out of my hand, the outer glass kinda cracked:

The Display, touch and the Sensor still works perfectly. So I was trying to figure out, which part's actually broken? The digitizer panel/ LCD Display/ or only the Outer Lens? Any help would be highly appreciated TIA

If everything is working like you say then technically all you need to do is replace just the glass.... But if you do not have the proper tools/equipment that can be more costly than just replacing it with a glass/digitizer frame combo. I'm not that familiar with your model but like in most of my experiences separating the panel from the glass can be really frustrating, time consuming especially without proper tools.
