Which Windows Phones have you owned?

Currently back on Android (Nexus 5X) but would like to have a Lumia 950 if the price becomes more reasonable (<= $400 in my judgment!)

I bought the Lumia 635 as a gift, and two HTC 8X's to resell and make a bit of cash so I don''t count them in my ownership. (Though I do like the 8X as a great phone when it was released, too bad quality issues derailed it's longevity).

I might have missed one, but then it didn't leave a big impression. The HD2 and the 1520 are the ones standing out. I'm hoping the 950 XL will get some fixes (battery) so that it will take over the throne from my 1520...

I started with the 520, which I then bought for my wife. I broke mine, replaced it, but was able to repair it. I gave my grandson the fixed 520. My wife also broke hers but it was not-repairable,so I replaced it. I was so enamored with the windows phones that I bought a used 925 which I use as my gamer. The bargain 640 is now my daily driver and I also gave one to my wife and daughter- the battery on these are wonderful!!! The price is so ridiculously low (30 bucks), I also bought a spare!!
The 650 is definitely interesting, but I will wait for significant price drops.........

As far as wireless web data service I started with the HP Pocket PC and bought the modem jacket for it from EarthLink in 1999 just to experience web surfing wirelessly. I used feature phones from 1995-2001 (always Nokia : ). Then in 2002 when the first Pocket PC Phone Edition debuted on T-Mobile (HTC) I bought it and was hooked. My first smartphone was the HTC Tilt 2 back in 2010 - running Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional (God I miss those days)

Since then, I've had the:
HTC Titan (WP7)
Nokia Lumia 1520 (WP 8.1)
When that broke after one too many falls, I dabbled a bit with a BlackBerry Z30 - and quickly ran back to Windows a few months later on my now Microsoft Lumia 640 XL.

Now debating on either a 950XL or waiting for the HP Elite x3.
