Whilst in the US my phone said I had tried to log in with the wrong password too many times.

(I hadn't).It then came up with a message that I had to input a code shown on the message otherwise my phone would erase all content, I put in the code but it just comes back with the same message - no way for me to put in my password. ANy ideas please - I obviously do not want to have all my content erased! Nokia Lumens
