White spots on screen,

So I've had my fourth Lumia 1520 now and its going quite well. However its come to the point where the white marks on the LCD are visible and can be quite frustrating reading text.

Now the issue I have is very frustrating, before I could get in touch with Nokia support either via live chat or by email, now I can't do that and I've tried Microsoft live chat and the guy redirected me to windows phone faq. He had no clue to be honest. So how do I claim a repair under warranty, I have 2 year warranty which I can't even use as I've tried going through a request a repair which just tells me I need to pay ?104.75 to book a repair.

So any advise peeps?

Have you tried contacting them by phone? Ive had a few LCD's and they've all exhibited the problem eventually. Some worse than others.

Do you have the number as I cant seem to find it anywhere
