Who's got build 10572? How's it working for you?

Wow, hours after posting suddenly my photos tile sprang back to life. All pics show up again. Must have been today's update that did it.
Update: nope.. I had temporarily set Storage to save new photos to the SD card (where I have tons of older pics as well). With that setting on, the photos app indexed all photos on the SD card.

But: after switching Storage to putting new pics on the phone instead the SD card pics were removed from the index again. In fact, I was looking at the photos app while they were being removed/unlisted. The numbers of photos per day rapidly counted down until all pics from the SD card had been removed from the index. Kind of depressing to see. :(

UPDATE: Tried out the Groove Music thru the bluetooth in the car yesterday. A lot a hiccups in the playback. Had to revert to my 640 dd.

It drains the battery very quickly like previous builds on my lumia 640. perfomance is ok. The OS looks beautiful on my phone

In general it works better than other releases.

However, I was displeased to find that Video - at any setting - is not working on my Lumia 930. Right now it's not a dealbreaker, but there are some events where I clear my phone and then shoot very high res 4KV and upload and also extract stills using Lumia Moments. This is an extremely useful function that I am missing - and hope MS restores soon.

On my L830 after a few hours of use and testing. Fully reset after install.

Video is working on Microsoft Camera (with audio) but broken on Lumia Camera. It doesn't record at all.

Motion Data is broken. Crashes when trying to open the setting. There is also an update that keeps failing in the store for this.

Glance Screen setting is broken. Crashes when trying to open.

I'm also seeing a very strange issue with the display. Intermittently, for a brief second, the screen flashes black then returns to normal.

Microsoft Photo Plug-In continuously updates itself every time I check for updates. Even though it does so successfully according to the install message.

Performance seems good. Phone is not running hot. Need to see how the battery life performs.

I was having the same issues on my 830 with glance and motion data. You need to re-enroll in the Fast Ring so you get the Insider update. After it installs and you try and access glance, it will tell you to re-start the phone. After re-starting both glance and motion data work for me.

These were the last 2 big remaining issues for me. This build is now working great and I am using it as my daily driver.

Just curious, did you experience any issue with this build seeing your SD card? I have a 635 as well and had issues with the SD card being found. I'm wondering if this is device related or just my bad luck. Lol.

Not really; at first it was slow about finding new music I added but even this is better now..

My big gripe now is finding out I can't shoot any video on the Lumia 930 (haven't tried with Lab Rat yet)

Why wont microsoft release new builds through recovery tool. It takes literally 1min to get 8.1 installed. I would imagine it would take 1min to install new build too.

RIGHT?! I'VE THOUGHT ABOUT THIS SO MANY TIMES!

Performance is good. Whatsapp is bugged, Microsoft Camera is bugged, and some other minor bugs. Most bugs I expirienced in this build are scaling bugs

I really like the look & flow for this build. I have a problem though once I installed this build, it started continually sending me emails stating various calendar events had been updated. They haven't been updated - Like birthdays & such stay on the same date, etc. It only happens to the calendar my wife & I share on outlook.com. When I was using windows 8.1 on my phone, her & I never had this problem. I own the calendar, so it would send me an email when something was updated. But that was ONLY when it was updated. I've had over 6000 emails - All go to trash right now stating various events have been updated. Anyone have this happen to you? Now she gets them as well as I do...Continually :eck:

Definitely the best build so far. My Lumia 1020's battery life seems almost as good as when on 8.1, and the apps and performance seem much more polished.
Couple of issues bugging this release for me - Mail/Calendar/Messaging apps incorrectly reporting unread messages occasionally, or just not refreshing.
When listening to FM Radio and a call comes through, the audio stays on radio even after answering the call. Can't hear the caller.

Getting there finally Microsoft ! (better late than never)

On my ICON, I noticed that Lumia Camera doesn't record video...at all...even after another reset. It just beeps like it is but never records.
video records fine with Microsoft camera on my Icon. unless you mistyped as far as I know lumia camera will install from the store but when you launch it you get a message to quit the program and it won't let you launch it stating it has been retired and to use Microsoft camera (which is preloaded with win10mobile). the only problem I notice for sure with the camera is the sharpness/resolution is much worse with 10 than it was with 8.1. not sure what the reason is though but would love to find out.

Same issues with me too.

Anyway, the best so far for sure. It still cannot import contacts and history on my Honda Connect, but any Android device will work properly.
Battery usage is greatly improved, having sometimes an horizontal line, which if amazing.
I still have and issue with ringer. Most of the time won't increase volume and it show's the volume on 2, for example. Then I realize it's on zero and I have to set it again and many times I cannot put sound on the ringer. But if is on mute, it will show the mute sign.
Gone are the settings menu always failing and apps that would not install.
Can't wait for this next one and keep on reporting those nasty bugs.

Oh the most important app I have on my Lumia 830 is Lumia Camera. I mean, I had. Because it is no longer available and was replaced by Camera.

Camera had improved a lot in picture speed and I've been using it with patience. Not yet like Lumia Camera but it's much better than the Camera on previous builds.

I hope to see Camera improvements in speed and quality of picture in this next one.

Turned off all background apps... still getting hot and draining the battery of my 1520 so... back to 8.1 but this version will be missed for it's speed... It shows so much promise for the final build... it's almost there!

Loving this build but looking forward the the one due out this week! Get a bit of a pause before unlock once in awhile but over all I'm really pleased with this latest iteration!

It's running well on my 920. The battery runs cool and much longer than at any time since I left 8.1, although it does get wonky with certain apps. It still does not run all day without a charge. It's snappy most of the time, running so much better than the last build. Can't get camera to open by holding down camera button - it requires I use the app to get there. Still get some loading and resuming messages but it could be just because of the age of my phone. I get them mostly when I have 5 or more screens open. Still get some apps that won't show icon on tile. I use it as my driver and it worked well during a week-long trip. Only sweated the battery life once.

Just finished my Icon's post-upgrade hard reset. I'm gonna go with my backup from this afternoon, haven't needed to start from scratch yet (knock wood). It seemed a little zippier before the hard reset, but we'll see...

ETA: Touch Screen was non-responsive, requiring two hard resets to get past the language selection screen....

Question for you .. I have the Icon and on all of the Mobile 10 builds my Hey Cortana feature says something like your device does not support this feature .. When I switch back to 8.1 it comes back .. Any ideas???

I've installed 10572 on my Icon 929 .. As with all other Mobile 10 builds, my Hey Cortana doesn't work. .. Says that my device doesn't support that feature .. When I restore 8.1 it works just fine .. Any work around feature??
