Why am I getting an error message when I try to do a backup?

Backup fail

Everytime I try to backup my settings and apps, when it reaches 100 %, it shows me the message "an error occurred, try to backup later" (or something like that).

I've been trying for a few weeks but it still happens; any idea how to fix it?

I'm on L630 running Cyan.

Hey!

There was a post about this. Click on manage backups first, and delete any old ones. Then retry backing up. That may fix it!

Yes.. This.. And if this doesn't work change your startscreen background or lock screen.. One of those.. And try again... Read it on another thread..
