Why am I getting rollback after 95 while Updating to Denim on L720?

Getting Rollback after 95% while Updating to Denim on L720

I tried at least 6 to 7 times but its not going after 95% while updating to Denim update on my Lumia 720 , its stop as show error and its rollback again and starts for beginning 0%

Make sure you have enough space on your phone

Try freeing temp files and delete some heavy apps/games.. Or move 'em to your SD..

Folks, can anyone help me, I am in India having Lumia cyan L720 and my phone is showing up to date while checking for update... I've tried enabling-disabling pfd.. Plz help.
