Why am I getting the error code 80048103 when trying to do downloads or updates?

Help with error code 80048103

I can't download or update and application on my phone. How do I solve this problem? It says inquiring minds may find the error code helpful.

Set the date and time. If its wrong you can't install apps, etc. That should solve the problem.

It's a sync error with your Microsoft Account...

If sdc1's tip doesn't work, try removing any restrictions in Data Sense and then do a reboot. Try to syn your Microsoft Account manually.

​Settings > email + accounts > hold down on account name > tap "sync" from the pop up menu.
