Why am I getting the phone charging slowly message?

I have used several chargers including the original one that came with it and I get the error message that the phone is charging slowly and use the cable that is recommended. Also, just started getting this message one day after the previous day having no problem. Thinking of resetting the phone to see if that helps. any other suggestions?

what device are you using and what OS are you on? Also, have you tried another socket outlet?
