Why am I not able to download the Uber app on my PC?

Not able to dowload uber app on pc

It says update ur windows to latest version but mine is already updated. Is it a region issue, I live in Delhi(India).

Are you still not able to download the app? At around the same time you posted this query, I was also not able to download the app (PC), but a few hours later I was already able to download it. The Windows Central article about the Uber app update has also been updated to reflect changes in availability.

still not working , now the app listing says this app will not work on this device.

There's a way to find out if it a regional issue - change the regional setting either in your PC or in your Store account (to U.S.) then try to download the app.
