why i am not able to select the sim 1 or sim 2 for data connection in my lumia 640 xl

i am having lumia 640 xl.I am facing a problem of not able to select the sim 1 or sim 2 for Data connection in Mobile + Sim option.it is not showing the option of selection.i have also done hard reset but its the same.

You could try restoring the software: How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA

If that does not solve the issue, seek warranty replacement.

Sometimes this is showing in my phone also. But sometimes due to network or what problem this is not being shown.And after I restart the phone the same it works again fine.

I have noticed that I HAVE to restart my phone after selecting a different carrier from my list. Another annoying bug for me...

This is the screen i am getting when the network get stuck.At that no outgoing or incoming call can be made.
