Why am I not Able to Sync my Microsoft Account in my Lumia??

yesterday , at about 6:30 pm IST , i noticed that my microsoft account that i use in my lumia isnt syncing since last 2 hrs, i tried again and again but nothing worked. they showed the error 0x80072efd and said 'cant connect to m.hotmai.com'. i have a Lumia 730 , when i was facing this problem it had windows 10 build 10586.122, i even updated my phone to 10586.164 but no luck. now , whenever i connect to wifi, it shows "No Internet" for some time, but i can surf or download anything on my phone.

It seems a local temporary MS server iussue. Try disablin wifi and use data carrier, if you can, and see if there's difference
