Why am I unable to add or remove folders in the Groove music app?

Unable to add or remove folders in groove music app.

I'm unable to add new folders in groove music app on my PC. When I click on 'Choose where we look for music', nothing happens. If there is any way to solve this problem or to restore the music app then please suggest me.

Restart your PC, look for an update for the app

I did but nothing happened. My PC is fully updated.
