Unable to use custom notifications for Whatsapp

Hi,
Though I have set "custom notification" ringtones for whatsapp contact, it seems to not work since it still uses the main set ringtone.

I am on Denim using lastest Whatsapp version on Lumia 1520.

Go to settings > notification+actions > WhatsApp, then set notification sound to default. It will work then.
