Why am I unable to use the Windows phone recovery tool with OTA?

Hi

I have problems with updating my lumia 930 to denim update with windows phone recovery tool and with OTA.
When i try to update with ota,its always showing me that my phone is up to date with cyan software release.

Than i tried with WPRT on my windows 7 laptop.I made successful installation of wprt,found new update package,downloaded it and try to update...but than it showed me a problem.

Wprt started update procedure and restarted phone...but every time after phone is restarted,wprt cant recognize it again.

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem?

This indeed can happen. Some things you can try is use another USB cable (actual you should use the cable which came with your phone) and or try a different USB port on your PC. Yesterday i had a similar issue with my 925 and tried 5 cables and they all failed but when i used a different USB port it worked with the first cable I tried.
