Why are apps closing automatically?

apps closing automatically

hi... i bought lumia 730 two days before.. its my first windows phone..i noticed problem with two softwares.

1. true dialer is automatically closing every time..
2. musixmatch lyrics player is not showing lyrics..
3. very frequently apps are closing automatically..

every thing is fine working in my friends fone..its also lumia 730..

please help me..

Most times apps closing automatically is caused by bad programming of the app. If the same apps don't close on your friends phone, than something could be wrong with your internet connection. Many apps crash when there is no (good) internet connection. You could also go to the settings and check if you have all the latest phone updates. You can also try to uninstall the apps and reinstall them. Sometimes that helps. The last what you can try is soft-reset your phone...
