Why are my contacts appearing as Unknown?

Contacts Appearing As "Unknown"

Hi guys,

I'm using a Lumia 640 LTE(Windows phone 8.1 update 2). I first set up the phone with UK English language and region settings. Recently, I switched to US English language and region settings. What's happening now is that whenever someone from my contacts calls me, they show up as "Unknown" callers. It was working fine in UK region and language until I did the switch. Any way around this guys?

Have you made sure International Call Assist is on? It may have toggled off with the region change.
