Why are my contacts automatically getting clubbed?

My contacts are automatically getting clubbed

I have Nokia Lumia 625 and my contacts are getting clubbed automatically. E.g. I have a person by the same name on my linkedin account and a different person from Facebook account and I add another contact by the same name with a mobile number all three are getting clubbed automatically. I have unlinked these contacts couple of times, but still next time I go searching for the contact I find it clubbed. While initially I found this useful but now it has gone to the point that I have started getting really irritated.

What is the setting that I need to change so that the contacts are not automatically clubbed / linked on my Nokia Lumia 625 Phone?

I'm not sure if you can turn off the linking feature in the People app. You do realize you'll have tons of duplicates if that is the case right?
