Why aren't my transferred videos playing?

transferred video does not play

The video is 5 minutes long. I sent it from LG phone (ATT) to Windows 8 (Dell) and it says it will not play due to wrong codec.

Well it might not be natively supported. Try using a third party player like VLC

Get and install the K-Lite Codec mega pack and your Media Player will play anything you throw at it.

Download K-Lite Codec Pack
