Why cannot I create app folders?

[Windows Central Question]

I'm having troubles creating app folders, it simply doesn't work. I'm using a NOKIA Lumia 925, WP 8.1. I would drag an app on top of another app like the video shows, but it would just bounce off like it would before the update. Help!

Not available yet with 8.1. I had the same thing so I got preview for developers and now it works.

Or wait for the DEMIN update which is now starting to roll out.
