W Windows Central Question Dec 18, 2014 #1 I'm having troubles creating app folders, it simply doesn't work. I'm using a NOKIA Lumia 925, WP 8.1. I would drag an app on top of another app like the video shows, but it would just bounce off like it would before the update. Help!
