Why can't I accept Whatsapp's terms and condition?

why cant i accept whatsapp terms and condition.

I did a hard reset on my nokia Lumia 720, all apps were deleted. I tried reinstalling WhatsApp, it installed but I cant access it. it those not exceed the first step i.e accepting terms and conditions. I've deleted and reinstalling several times but it still not working. all social apps works except whatsapp . what do I do

If you are on W10m, you might want to hard reset your phone again and see. If you are on WP8.x you might want to try that too, and if it still doesn't work you will want to send a bug report to the team behind Whatsapp.
