Why can't I activate smart dual sim settings in Microsoft Lumia 640xl?

Cant Activate smart dual sim settings in microsoft lumia 640xl

When i try to activate this setting call forwarding option in sim 2 ( Airtel ) is not set, while call forwarding in sim 1 (Docomo ) works like a charm.. while i'm active in sim 2 i receive the calls from sim 1 but not the vise versa.

It's dependent on the service provider. Airtel doesn't allow forwarding calls to other networks. If you want to check this try using docomo Sims in both sim 1 and sim2 slots, calls would be forwarded from docomo to docomo. I suggest calling Airtel customer care to clarify on this matter.
