Why can't I delete photo's from my OneDrive account either on the phone or thru the computer?

Nokia Lumia 930, cannot delete pictures that are in my OneDrive app, either on the phone or thru the computer. If I use the phone it says "Sorry there was a problem please try again in a few minutes", if I use the computer it simply says "failed".....
