Why Can't I downgrade?

Hi Guys, I'm using lumia 820 in cyan update. The day before yesterday I updated my phone to DP 8.1.1 But I need to downgrade now! But unfortunately NSU tells software update failed! Can't I downgrade back to Cyan?

The same problem I had with my 1520! Use the NSRT not the NSU (you can re-use those Cyan files you already downloaded with the NSU)

But It says 3051.4000... ( I mean wp 8) is available

It doesn't matter! (and I don't know why) but I tried a couple of times (and even created a thread asking why) and that was the solution!

My updater also "fails." I unplug the USB from the phone, plug it back in, and away it goes! Twice, now. If you see a dark maroon screen, it's good.

i also cant downgrade......downloads the cyan update for the nokia software to install the same wp8.1 on.......need to downgrade because my lumia 1520 is stuck in airplane mode
