Why can't I download Netflix Windows 10 app?

Yesterday, Netflix came to almost any country in the world and I want to try it of course. But when I go to the Windows 10 Store and search for it, it is not there!

If I follow the link to the app in to the Windows 10 Store, that I find online, it shows the app in the Store but says "Netflix is currently not available".

I even tried VPN-ing using USA location and it is the same, not available, can't download.

The same thing happens on my Windows 10 Mobile phone.

Was Netflix pulled from the store, or what is the issue?

Change your phone region to US, restart, Netflix app appears in store. After you install it you can change back the region.
