Why can't I download Whatsapp?

cant down load whatsapp

trying to down load whasapp on my phone have to creat a microsoft account can do it on computer but not on phone keeps saying wrong pass word have rest it lots of times but still wont work ,any help would be good

You may want to ensure that the password you're using to access your Microsoft Account in your computer is the same with the password you're trying to use in your phone. You may need to recover or reset your password in case you've forgotten what that password is.

Once you have access to your Microsoft account through your phone by knowing or having the correct password, you should be able to install WhatsApp, along with any other compatible app, in your phone.
