Why can't I get the latest mobile build (10166)

Hey guys!

I used to be a slow ring member but after I heard that the new build is stable, decided to switch to fast ring. Currently I'm on build 10149 and for some reason I can't upgrade to build 10166. I'm stuck at 0%
Is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

Charge your phone to 100%, restart, try again and again, it will start soon or later I got it after 3rd attempt...

Yes I'm having the same prob.. Even Hard reset did not work..

Try downgrading if nothing works..

It's too much hassle to downgrade but I guess I have to :angry:

I'm having this issue also. I have tried to install it over 10 times. It stays at 0% for the longest time and then jumps to 31% and then ends with an error message saying it can't complete the install. Using a Lumia 635 with WiFi only.

Role back to Wp 8.1 with "Windows Phone Recovery Tool" and then try, that's how I did. Trust me it's worth it since the new build is way smoother than the previous one.

Oh and also don't forget to hard reset your device after you upgrade it
