Why can't i goto the live.com webpage in my edge browser?

i need to change some settings for my wp8.1 microsoft account, but the laptop with windows 10 pro will not load the live.com page help quick!!!!pls!!!

Are you using edge browser? Try different browser, edge has problems a lot.
