Why can't I install Build 10536 on my Lumia 1520?

Can't install Build 10536 on Lumia 1520.

Glance:
-Am trying to install Build 10536 on L1520.
-am on windows mobile 8.1

Problem:
-update went fine
-after update the phone went into loop (Every time)
-I did this 5 times nothing helps

Things I tried:
-did a fresh install(WM8.1) X 3times
-Restored my phone from setting>about>reset

Need help.

How about rolling back to 8.1 and than choose not to restore back up from one drive, go to store install just insider app, join fast ring and than try update device to latest TP...

Did that. Doesn't help.
