Why can't I open the messages app on Windows 10 Mobile Build 10536?

Can't open messages app on Windows 10 Mobile Build 10536

Hey guys,
So as the title says, I'm having a problem to open the messages app on Windows 10 Mobile Build 10536.1004.
Furthermore, I can't download keyboard suggestions - the download keeps failing somehow..
Both are very annoying and frustrating, but the messages app issue is kinda critical for me.
I really like this build so it will be a real bummer for me to flush back to 8.1..
Does anyone experienced (or experiencing) those issues? Does anyone know or can help to fix them?

I have pretty much stopped using the messaging app, as I've been using the "Messaging Skype Beta" instead. It replaces both Skype and Messaging in order to make Skype more integrated.

I did have a few issues with the messaging app, but it seems a simple power down and restart fixed the issue.

Thanks for the reply.
In my case, there are no *few* issues with the messaging app - There is actually no messaging app at all.
Actually, I can't even find it in the Store, and can't find the "Messaging Skype Beta" neither.
Any thoughts?

They changed something on the server side in meantime and all new updates to 536 will get native messaging app just like with previous builds but if you didn't get it than you have two options...

Either install native Microsoft Messaging app:

I just had to reinstall the messaging app with your link
Now I got this keyboard problem. When I want to download specific language it says "Preparing Download" and then fails because it can't manage the text suggestions download.
The keyboard worked great in the previous builds.
Any ideas of how can I fix it? (Reinstalling the entire keyboard language didn't do)
