why can't i play songs or download mp3 files lumia 535?

my sd card started showing errors, after fixing the errors some songs wont play and i cant download mp3 files now.
someone please help?

Have you tried repairing the SD card using a computer instead of relying on the phone to get it right. That's what I've had to do in the past. If that doesn't work it may have to be a format and start again or the card could just be corrupt

I've done the format now i can't download mp3 files
i'm getting this error 'sorry,we can't download this file.':unhappysweat:

and why is that only recently added songs won't play, mp3 files won't download.
please help

Ehm where are you trying to download from? the store or a third-party app? screenshots would be handy

I'm trying to play a song i'm getting this message sorry, can't play this file error code'. sd card is working fine on other device. i download music from mp3lio.net

The 535 has had problems with corrupting SD cards and causing cards to be unreadable when the phone first came out.

What is the size capacity of you SD card?

Plug the card to PC and run chkdsk. Are you using a Class 8/10 card?

ok now i have updated to windows 10 and groove music just wont open

i've started hating this phone

Sounds to me like you may be short on internal memory space.
