Why can't I received pictures on Blu Windows 8.1 using Straight Talk

I received the message "Get media content now" however, nothing happens. I am on Straight Talk using am AT&T sim card

Go to WindowsObserver.com. There's an article on Windows APN settings that might be helpful. Good luck..

did you plug in the apns for internet and mms? this is what I use for my 930 with a ST AT&T SIM. it also helps to restart phone after you input the apns. it sometimes takes a little while for the mms apn to kick in.
Edit...have used these same apns successfully with 3 different windows phones in a 5 year period.
