why cant i reinstall Facebook after uninstalling it?

hey,
i encountered some problem with my Facebook app, it wasn't showing my feed and crashing frequently so i uninstalled it but now when i am trying to reinstall it, it isn't happening and i am getting a message which says that
" we are having trouble installing this app. if this is the first time that you have seen this message go ahead and try again.
if the app still wont install, go to your phone update settings to make sure your phone software is update.''
but when i checked my phone software update it was up to date.
by the way the platform is windows 10
mine is a Nokia lumia 640(not XL)

Which Facebook app are you trying to install? Try to install the Facebook Beta by Facebook instead of the app by Microsoft. You'll need to be on WiFi to download and install it.

this app doesnt work on your device is what it says. i tried it previously too. its only facebook which works on this particular device

Interesting, my fiance also has a 640 in the production ring on Win10 and I was able to to install it for her. Are you able to install other apps?

maybe your fiance has a nokia lumia 640 xl, and yes i am able to install other apps. though there is a problem with ola app

Wasn't the app restricted to some regions? try setting region as Germany and check again
