Why can't I reinstall Mytube 2.0 from my apps?

why can't i reinstall mytube 2.0 from my apps

When I go to my apps & reinstall my tube 2.0 I get message may be this will help & error code 80004005. I have tried all sorts even soft reset what is the problem????

I have no idea why the developer had to find a solution to this problem and why Microsoft didn't do something about it. Seems kind of bloody ridiculous.
