Why can't I send/receive text messages on my Verizon Lumia 928?

Can't send/receive MMS on Verizon Lumia 928

Using 8.1 firmware. Can send and receive texts. I have searched lots of sources, but instructions on this topic haven't shown up. Closest I can get is that it has to do with Settings/Cellular+Sim.... It would be great if someone could list the steps or point out a phone-specific web site. Verizon "help" is useless!! Thanks.

This would be the MMS settings for Verizon that may be installed incorrectly, or more likely not installed at all. I don't think this is a phone specific and sounds like the settings haven't been sent to the phone. You could remove the SIM card, and then replace and see if it kick starts the settings being sent to your phone.

Other than that, have a search online for the MMS settings for Verizon.
