Why can't I share photos anymore?

i can't share photos anymore

lumia 635 windows 10. i absolutely HATE the windows10 update. my phone now sucks. today's problem is all of a sudden i can no longer share a photo. when i hit the share, then i hit outlook mail, and i get a big blue screen with a zero and a check mark on it. no way out of this screen, have to go to homescreen

Is this a 512MB Lumia 635? If so it may have issues which is why Microsoft have not released it for that phone.

If a 1GB phone, make sure you have all updates installed. Sometimes there are even two or three OS updates as well as many app updates. Took my phone almost a day to get with the latest versions of things and to start running smoothly. During that time some things can be a little odd.

Suggest you check for updates and revert to 8.1 if you don't like the way it runs on a 512MB device.

I have a 512mb and since turning off all the background apps it runs great. Nevertheless, it had bigger issues running 8.1
