Why can't my Nokia Lumia 830 connect to Bluetooth with Panasonic KX-TG7871 telephone?

Nokia Lumia 830 cannot connect by bluetooth with Panasonic KX-TG7871 telephone

The usual setup which works flawlessly with other phone does not work with Lumia 830. I just get a "coundn't connect" message. Solution?
