Why do I get a Sad Smiley when I update?

Sad Smikey when i update

Hi,

Firstly i'm sorry i'm french so I'm not good with this language.

Saturday i have do an update of my lumia 640 LTE, I'm an insider for the windows 10, I don't no my build, i think it's the build 1086 but i not sure, it's the build of the october or september.
When the uptade start i have gears but 10 second after i have a sad smiley and my phone turn off.
I have tryed yo use windows recovery tools but i don't reach to connect my phone with my computer, my computer say it's impossible to synchronise my phone.

Can you help me ?

Try removing the microSD card from the phone (if applicable) and perform a soft reset to see if it helps. If not, restoring via WDRT would be your only option. In order for the phone to be recognized for flashing, select the "Phone not detected" option in WDRT and follow instructions to put the phone in flashing mode, WRDT should be able to flash the phone after that.
