Blue Screen with Sad Face on Cherry Mobile Alpha Style

I tried to reset my Alpha Style in the Settings, when it turned off, turned on again but with a blue screen and a sad face, how wil I fix this? Hars reset isn't working. When I press the power button + volume down, nothing happens. But when I press power + volume up, a lightning bolt and a gear comes up on the screen. Please help me.

There's a combination of buttons to be pressed to hard reset and it works with this sad face smiley screen. Just wait someone will tell you that combination . Or just Bing.

Power off. Then press and hold Power on and volume up till exclamation mark. Then press volume up, volume down, power, and then volume down .

Unfortunately, it doesn't work. It just continues to display the logo and the sad face afterwards. Is there any other way?

Actually i have this concern in my phone before the only thing to do with it is do a hard reset.

Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
Turn the power off.
Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button. Release the VOLUME DOWN button when you see an icon on the screen.
Then press the following hardware buttons in sequence: VOLUME UP > VOLUME DOWN > POWER > VOLUME DOWN.

Hope it helps. ;)
