Why do I have to reset(/turn off and on again) my wifi adapter so often??????

Windows Central Question

Sick and tired of unplugging and re plugging my
WIRELESS ADAPTER.
Is there a fix for this?
Happen with my windows 8.1 and windows 10
All other devices work off this adapter.....

Set your router to use 2.4ghz only and connect that way. No mixed state between the two. Never had issues with. 802.11n on 2.4ghz. If you don't support n do g.

You can also scan the surrounding WiFi in use and force your router onto a less used protocol (a/b/g/n) and channel to avoid conflict/congestion. So long as the new router settings are within the capability of your networking card. See your OEM for compatibility details.
