Why do I hear a beeping sound on my nokia lumnia when I talk with someone on viber?

Whenever I make a call on Viber I keep hearing a beeping sound. I tried to reinstall it, but it's still the same...and it only happens when I make the call. how can I make it stop?

It probably is when you call isn't connected. Does it happen on WiFi?

no just when I use data

I have the same issue, what i found that solves it is, putting the call on hold, doesn't have to be for any certain length of time just putting it on hold should solve the problem well at least stop the beeping
