Why do I keep getting stuck after I installed 10166?

I feel that I'm stuck

So I finally installed 10166 update on my phone and right away done a hard reset, everything was good until... I got stuck. It's stuck at "Almost done. You're just about done setting up your phone's activation." And whenever I press Next, nothing hapens. plz help

Yay I just unstuck, I had to wait for like 10 minutes and it showed "loading" and then it was on start screen yay
