Why does Facebook for WP not show most resent feeds?

I have several times installed and deleted Facebook for WP, because when I open the app it is showing a random feed. You never know exactly whether you see an old or new information.

This is the same on all platforms. Facebook is a POS. Go to your menu and click most recent.

Facebook handily reset it back to Top Stories every so often.
So if you use Facebook and want the feed displayed as Most Recent you have to keep flipping it back. On each device you use.

I have no the issue on Android. And never had.

All 3 platforms default to Top Stories. You must not have noticed...
