i mean i know that it's built in to the OS and i grown fond of using it in 8.1 but now it keeps crashing and says i have to debug or something, but chrome and mozilla work just fine, i just want to experience what it feels like to use IE11 on this new OS

I haven't had any crashing issues, but the only thing I have noticed is pictures in some slideshows do not show.

Maybe you have an incompatible add-on? Have you tried disabling all your add-ons to see if the problem persists? In any case, IE will be updated to IE 12 in a future build of Windows 10 so the situation may change then as well.

What sites do you visit and make it crash, anyway? By the way, have you tried using the debug tool in the F11 Developer tool set in IE11?

Do you by chance have a machine with dual graphics? I was having this issue on a Dell machine and when I disabled the Intel graphics all is well.

You may have discovered some bad memory or at least the preview did. Windows is pretty good at that. I'm trying to make this WinX fail but it doesn't. Browser has been bullet proof for me so far. I have adblock installed on IE and so far it seems to be working.

I have crashes with ie11 on WP8.1 daily. Win10 IE11 is laggy, but hasn't crashed yet on either my i7 or my atom tablet. Looking forward to WP10 with ie12

Its never crashed on me and I use it to remote into my office and stay in there for several hours without it throwing a tantrum. What plugins did you put in, if any?

OP, please provide conditions (any add ins, plug ins, website of crash) of crash and check Event Viewer for record of crash.

Then, use either the provided feedback app or post in Microsoft Technical Preview support forums with your crash information.
