why does my desktop take so long to open now ?

since upgrading to 10. it takes from 1 minute to 15 minutes for my desktop to open. and then most of the time i get a message saying there is a problem and windows has to restart, then takes another 1 to 15 minutes,,its a good thing i dont need this computor.and have waited hours to talk to a real person on there help line. thanks Ken

Your pc need cleaning and optimization. Start with a antimalware scan (I suggest AwdCleaner free) then check in Task Manager all process your don't need everyday and disable them (I suggest AVG PC TuneUp Pro, it checks and corrects Win errors too, trial)

Which system you got? (CPU, Ram, Motherboard, video)
