Why does my edge load up then crashes

I have installed windows ten and its been past 30 days so I cant go back to windows 8 witch I regret ever doing now because ever since I have both accounts my sons and my husband cant load the edge or internet explorer I don't know why but it cant even access the Hotmail can anybody tell me how this can be fixed? I am truly disappointed in Windows 10 , Knowing this would of never upgraded

Typically browser crashes are caused by PC video/graphics driver issues.
