Why does my Lumia 520 reject recovery and always reboots?

my lumia 520 rejects recovery and always reboot

hi guys,
suddenly when i browsing my phone restart .. then when it open each time i tried to open any app it doesn't respond and closes the app and restarts immediately .. i have tried soft rest and hard rest but all in vain .. pls help

I have the same problem from almost the same day. The issue started July 28. The phone is on and does not work. It cannot be updated or get a hard reset.
