Phone automatically gets silent after call

Dear Team,

I am using Lumia 640 dual sim and i updated to windows 10 using upgrade advisor.But now after i attend a call my phone getting automatically silent . Anyone please help

can you check what version of OS you have? Go to settings > system > about > OS Build
